update build.sh scripts

Update the main build.sh script:

• remove unused build.properties android file
• remove Ti version check (it's a Ti module, so it should be installed)
• update NDK check and paths
• use ti build command
• install npm hook scripts

@hansemannn updated the build files and it will produce a full module zip now.
