Patch release: restores FastAPI 0.137 compatibility (offline-docs helper no longer crashes on the new `_IncludedRouter` route type) and caps `fastapi<0.137` until prometheus-fastapi-instrumentator handles it upstream (trallnag/prometheus-fastapi-instrumentator#370). Since 1.1.0 the only user-facing change is PR #122: FastAPI 0.137
_IncludedRoutercompatibility fix in the offline-docs helper, plus a temporaryfastapi<0.137cap on thefastapiextra (upstream blocker: trallnag/prometheus-fastapi-instrumentator#370). Everything else on main since 1.1.0 is docs/CI/planning.Follows the established convention:
