+OLM is part of the [Operator Framework](https://github.com/operator-framework), an open source toolkit by Red Hat for managing Kubernetes-native applications called Operators. Running inside a cluster, it handles installation, upgrade, and dependency resolution through custom resources such as CatalogSource, Subscription, and ClusterServiceVersion. OLM is the engine behind [OperatorHub.io](https://operatorhub.io/) and ships by default in Red Hat OpenShift.
