Ubuntu 26.04 (LTS) is not yet released. The current stable LTS version is 24.04. Upgrading to a non-existent or pre-release version of Ubuntu will cause the Docker build to fail as the tag 26.04 does not exist on the mirror or official Docker Hub registry.
