@yuliabarabash2601 thanks for the PR! Some thoughts below:

We could update the timeline so it covers the remote finaid

We could add two milestones for opening and closing of this grant process. See last year as an example: https://ep2025.europython.eu/finaid/

We could simply add the CTA for applcations to the already existing section

I'm looking in https://ep2025.europython.eu/finaid/#-free-remote-ticket page to understand how this was handled last year. I belive we can follow the same pattern and add the CTA here: https://github.com/EuroPython/website/blob/6ad53cca81e2c990aa1fee754382dbff1739ccc2/src/content/pages/finaid.mdx#free-remote-ticket. I feel this section already covers the topic so there's no need for a new one.
