This PR adds the possibility to run the D0 calibration derived data producer without depending on https://github.com/AliceO2Group/O2Physics/blob/master/Common/TableProducer/occupancyTableProducer.cxx that crashes for a large fraction of jobs (~20%) @rahulverma012.
