Tasks

• Task 36: Update 10 docs/ files per the spec's documentation impact table (key wording: "Cloudflare / Fastly / Spin manifests are gitignored"; "Axum's axum.toml stays tracked"); regenerate docs/.vitepress/dist/
• Task 37: Add CI grep gate enforcing four manifests + .dev.vars are NOT tracked (regex byte-identical to Task 33's local sanity check)

Dependencies

Section 7 (gitignore must be in place before docs/CI lock the contract).

CI

All five gates must pass. New CI step must reject any tracked fastly.toml, spin.toml, wrangler.toml, runtime-config.toml, or .dev.vars. axum.toml exempt.
