Bug description

Hi, I just found out that you are now shipping a standalone .flatpak file on your releases. Happy to see that! (Although still not yet on flathub, I was happy to give it a try 👀 #1301).

Steps to reproduce this

Anyway, I downloaded the .flatpak file, then ran

flatpak install processing-4.5.3-linux-x64.flatpak

Opened the app drawer, and the app shows with a generic icon.

This other issue on the snap version might be related. #1331
