Modrinth won't import modpack on new PC

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
• I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

What version of the Modrinth App are you using?

Modrinth App 0.14.6

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Describe the bug

Whenever i click create new instance, install modpack, import modpack, then click on the modpack the popup disappears and nothing happens.
Here is a screenshot of a popup that appeared for a fraction of a second. I had to record my screen then pause when it appeared.
