Resizable Rectangle

Hi all. I am wondering if it is possible to add a rectangle to a plot and make it so that the user can adjust the size of it but only along the X axis.
So the Y axis range would stay the same, but the X range could change by dragging the edges. I know this sounds like a InteractiveRectangle, but I need to block resizing of the Y range. And I don't think IntractiveRectangle allows to do that.

I should also mentioned I am using ScottPlot 5.1.58
IsDraggable and IsResizable is not available for Plottable.InteractiveRectangle
