I am a big fan of your project and the amazing ecosystem you've built. I am planning to develop a new application for creating Minecraft note block sheet music.

Before I officially start, I wanted to reach out to you to ask for your permission and blessing. I would love to use the .nbs file format (or be inspired by your great work) to ensure compatibility for the community.

Could you please let me know if it is okay for me to proceed with this development? Also, if there are any specific guidelines or developer rules I should follow, please let me know.

You are welcome to create it! As a matter of fact, you don't need to ask for permission at all as it's an open ecosystem. It's always good if the community has more options when creating songs!

For advice, I'd suggest it be different from Note Block Studio. For example, some people that are used to software like FL Studio may feel unfamiliar with the tracker type of interface in NBS, and making something in the style of those programs can benefit people.
As for help, sorry I can't join you in making this, but agentic coding programs like Codex can make development really efficient (although I don't recommend letting it write entirely or unsupervised).

このDiscordサーバーは主にコミュニティ用なので、会議への参加などは必須ではありません。質問をしたり、作品を共有したり、他の人の作品を見たりするだけでも大歓迎です。

年齢についても、Discordの利用条件を満たしていれば大丈夫です。Discordは基本的に13歳以上であれば利用できますので、ルールを守れるなら特に気にする必要はありません。

実際に開発者だけでなく、作曲者や利用者など色々な人が参加しています。気軽に参加してください！
